Deer and Rabbit Repellent

Deer and Rabbit Repellent

Billions of edible and non edible plants will be eaten by Deer and Rabbits every year. This is a BIG problem in the desert Southwest. So...How does someone keep these pests from damaging your vegetable garen crop?

The best solution other than extermination or setting up an ugly chicken wire fence is to use a repellent that will keep them away.

Most repellents will work well but here are some great tips on how they should be used.

Deer and rabbits will eventually learn over time to ignore area repellent, it is best to switch where the repellent is applied. Most deer and rabbit repellent applications should be done at least 20-30 ft. further away from the last application.

Remember a good rainfall will weaken all deer and rabbit repellent, and should be re-applied on a clear day.
